Position Overview:
As an Event Crew Leader at ARS Events, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth setup, execution, and breakdown of events. You will lead and supervise event crews, coordinate logistics, delegate tasks, and provide guidance to team members to ensure the successful delivery of our services. Your exceptional leadership skills and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service will be key in managing client interactions and ensuring our clients' expectations are exceeded.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise event crews to ensure smooth setup, execution, and breakdown of events.

Coordinate logistics, including equipment transportation, setup, and breakdown.

Delegate tasks and guide team members to ensure efficient and effective execution of responsibilities.

Manage client interactions and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the event.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all aspects of the event are executed seamlessly.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing ARS Events at events.

Qualifications:

Previous event or team leadership experience preferred.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Driver's License with a clean driving record
